(Pneumonia). Wheeze – Air passing through constricted bronchus as a result secretions, swelling and tumors; Heard all over the lungs. (ASTHMA) Hypoxia – deficiency in the amount of oxygen reaching the tissues; associated with clubbing and barrel chest 2 signs CLUBBING AND BARREL CHEST.
