Pulmonary 1.Concepts of anticholinergic drug and asthma: Anticholinergic drugs: block acetylcholine binding (primarily in the lungs) -promotes bronchiole dilation through decrease in the parasympathetic response (tiotropium & ipratropium) is fast acting 2.
